    WIND: If the winds are predicted to be 15 MPH or higher we leave the cabanas & umbrellas lowered. We ask that you only raise them if the winds die down.

    RAIN: If rain is in the forecast you will have the option to cancel with a full refund, minus the 3% service charge.

    Responses & decisions must be made at least three hours before your time. After that, no refunds can be made.

    If it starts raining during your setup feel free to leave and find cover after lowering the cabanas & umbrellas! But once you are at your setup we cannot refund you.

  • Please refer to our weather policy for any weather related cancellations.

    We require a 48 hours notice for cancellations. In which case you will receive a full refund, minus the 3% service charge.

    If cancellations are under the 48 hour mark there will be a $75 cancellation fee and food add ons will be non-refundable.

  • Feel free to bring your own food and drinks! Except to the Caddy’s on Treasure Island location, where you will have cabana side food & drink service.

    We also offer cabana side coconuts.

  • We include either still or sparkling water with all of our setups.

    Feel free to bring your own beverages, just be aware of each beach’s drinking laws. No outside beverages are allowed at the Caddy’s on Treasure Island location, but you will have cabana side service for the bar & restaurant.

    There will also be a yeti cooler with ice & cups for you to use!

    *cooler upgrade with extra space and ice is also available!

  • The pink cups are yours to keep!

  • Of course! Feel free to come and go as you please. Our lawyer just wants you to know we are not responsible for any of your personal belongings. Each setup comes with an Aquavault mini locker to store your things while you take a stroll!

    The beach has a lot of great bars and restaurants, plus we always encourage a nice beach walk!

    If you’re leaving for the day just lower the cabanas and umbrellas and text “checking out” to 727-209-7964.

  • If extra hours are available you can add them on for $50/hr. Let us know as soon as you can & we will do our best to adjust it!

  • Red tide moves, but we move faster.

    One of the best things about The Cabana Club is our flexibility. If red tide is affecting one area of the beach, we can move to another.

    Red tide levels must be “medium” or above AND there must be no other clear part of the beach within a 15 minute drive. In which case a full refund will be issued.

    “Red tides are a phenomenon of discoloration of sea surface. It is a common name for harmful algal blooms occurring along coastal regions, which are resulted from large concentrations of aquatic microorganisms, such as protozoans and unicellular algae.”

    Basically, if the algal blooms are high it can make you cough and have itchy eyes. The actual bloom itself is odorless. But it can also kill the fish, and they end up washing up on shore. This is what stinks.

    We stay on top of red tide & weather. Trust us! We want you to have a relaxing beach day free of any nasty smells!

    Red Tide moves with the currents and can change pretty quickly. Read the question above for how we handle red tide.

  • Yes! 30 SPF sunscreen is included with every setup. Along with some other must haves, like a speaker, phone charger, and mini trash bin so you can stay away from the big nasty ones on the beach.

  • You will receive an email the day before with confirmation & your beach access location. Use the specific beach access point and when you walk out you will see your cabana(s) and/or umbrella(s) ready & waiting for you! There will be a note with your name on it as well.

    If you chose an “other” location we will verify the location with you when you book.

  • We give one water per chair, extra chairs & bean bag chair. Still water: 1L Evian Sparkling: 1 16 oz.
